Summer Fireplace Decor

Hey, Friends! I wanted to pop in really fast and share our summer fireplace decor! I try to switch up the mantle decorations for the seasons, but usually keep it the same for spring and summer. You can see how it has been looking here. After a couple months of our spring mantle, Jeremy actually mentioned that it could use some color. Well, ok then! 😉

I have a thing for sea glass anything and have amassed a small collection over the years. I decided to gather them up from around the house and use them as a group. I love it!

 

I decided to add linen wrapped books to help vary the heights and also to bring in some additional texture. I just hope my family doesn’t notice that I snatched their books from around the house to cover for my mantle decor!  Haha!

I love the colors and simplicity!
